This is The backbone of chemical industry and very basic raw material. In general  “Acid” means Sulphuric Acid. The elemental Sulphur is fed and thus Sulphuric Acid is manufactured by using DCDA (Double conversion, Double absorption) system, which is the most modern method. During the process solid Sulphur is melted and that molten Sulphur is burnt in presence of excess dry air that ultimately passed through vanadium penta oxide catalyst in  four stages. Sulphuric Acid is supplied in tanker loads and major consuming industries are pharmaceutical, soap, dye intermediates, industrial chemical, ammunition factory, fertilizers .etc
